TO RELIEVE & EDUCATE YOUNG PEOPLE BETWEEN THE AGES OF EIGHT & EIGHTEEN WHO ARE IN NEED BECAUSE OF ADVERSE ENVIRONMENTAL, DOMESTIC, SOCIAL OR ECONOMIC CIRCUMSTANCES BY PROVIDING FOR RECREATION OR OTHER LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION TO ENABLE THEM SO AS TO DEVELOP THEIR PHYSICAL, MENTAL & SPIRITUAL CAPACITIES THAT THEY MAY GROW TO FULL MATURITY AS INDIVIDUALS AND MEMBERS OF SOCIETY AND THAT THEIR CONDITIONS OF LIFE MAY BE IMPROVED.
