TO RELIEVE THE SUFFERING AND DISTRESS OF DOGS,IN PARTICULAR ROUGH AND SMOOTH COLLIES,WHO ARE IN NEED OF CARE AND ATTENTION BY REASON OF HOMELESSNESS,BY THE PROVISION OF TEMPORARY SHELTER,VETERINARY TREATMENT AND BY FINDING PERMANENT HOMES FOR SUCH DOGS.
