EDMUNDSBURY AND IPSWICH (11)ARE RESIDENT IN THE SAID DIOCESE OF ST. EDMUNDSBURY AND IPSWICH HAVING BEEN INSTITUTED OR LICENSED IN ANY OTHER DIOCESE IN THE UNITED KINGDOM OR ELSEWHERE IN THE ANGLICAN COMMUNION.(2) THE RELIEF OF RETIRED CLERGY OF THE CHURCH OF ENGLAND WHO EITHER (1)WERE AT ANY TIME INSTITUTED OR LICENSED IN THE DIOCESE OF ST. EDMUNDSBURY AND IPSWICH (11)ARE OR RESIDENT IN THE DIOCESE OF ST.
