(1) RELIEF OF PERSONS SUFFERING FINANCIAL DISTRESS OR HARDSHIP DUE TO ILL-HEALTH AND WHO IS (A) CURRENTLY AN EMPLOYEE OF ROWNTREE LIMITED LIVING WITHIN 10 MILES OF ITS YORK FACTORY WITH AT LEAST 5 YEARS SERVICE OR (B) A COMPANY PENSIONER WITH AT LEAST 10 YEARS SERVICE (2) RELIEF TO PERSONS DISABLED IN THE COURSE OF DUTIES WHILST SERVING UNDER HM FORCES OR A RECOGNISED CIVIL DEFENCE ORGANISATION BASED IN THE UK AND WHO IS (A) AN EMPLOYEE OF ROWNTREE LIMITED OR (B) A CHILD OF ANY SUCH EMPLOYEE (3) RELIEF TO WIDOWS/DEPENDANTS OF EMPLOYEES OF ROWNTREE LIMITED WHO HAVE DIED THROUGH INJURY/DISEASE CONTRACTED DURING SERVICE WITH HM FORCES OR RECOGNISED CIVIL DEFENCE ORGANISATION BASED IN THE UK WHO MAY BE IN SPECIAL DISTRESS OR NEED OR A CHILD OF ANY SUCH EMPLOYEE
