Charitable objects
1. THE PROVISION AND MAINTENANCE OF THE LAND SITUATE IN THE VILLAGE OF BARNT GREEN FOR THE USE OF THE BARNT GREEN SCOUT GROUP AND BARNT GREEN GIRL GUIDES ASSOCIATION. 2. IF AND IN SO FAR AS THE LAND DESCRIBED ABOVE CANNOT BE USED FOR THE OBJECT ABOVE IT MAY BE USED TO PROVIDE FACILITIES FOR RECREATIONAL OR LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE FOR THE INHABITANTS OF THE VILLAGE OF BARNT GREEN AND ITS SURROUNDING AREAS WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE OF THE SAID INHABITANTS.
