THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION AND IN PARTICULAR- 1.TO AWARD TO BENEFICIARIES SCHOLARSHIPS, MAINTENANCE ALLOWANCES OR GRANTS TENABLE AT ANY UNIVERSITY, COLLEGE OF EDUCATION, INSTITUTION OF FURTHER EDUCATION OR OTHER PLACE OF LEARNING APPROVED BY THE TRUSTEES. 2.TO AWARD SCHOLARSHIPS, MAINTENANCE ALLOWANCES OR GRANTS TO ENABLE BENEFICIARIES TO TRAVEL WHETHER IN THIS COUNTRY OR ABROAD TO PURSUE THEIR EDUCATION. 3.TO PROVIDE FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE TO ENABLE BENEFICIARIES TO STUDY THE VISUAL ARTS.
