(A)TO RELIEVE THE POVERTY, SICKNESS AND DISTRESS OF ELDERLY AND PHYSICALLY AND MENTALLY HANDICAPPED PERSONS LIVING IN THE LONDON BOROUGH OF BRENT; (B)TO PROVIDE RECREATIONAL FACILITIES IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE TO PERSONS WHO NEED THOSE FACILITIES BECAUSE OF THEIR AGE,INFIRMITY, DISABLEMENT, POVERTY OR SOCIAL OR ECONOMIC CIRCUMSTANCES, WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THEIR CONDITIONS OF LIFE.
