Charitable objects
1. (A) "THE RELIEF OF SICKNESS OF CHILDREN AND YOUNG PERSONS" SUFFERING FROM NON-HODGKINS LYMPHOMA DISEASE AND AT THE ABSOLUTE DISCRETION OF THE ASSOCIATION "CHILDREN AND YOUNG PERSONS" SUFFERING FROM ANY OTHER FORM OF CANCEROUS DISEASE PROVIDED ALWAYS NO OTHER ORGANISATION, CHARITABLE OR OTHERWISE, ARE ABLE TO ASSIST. (B) "CHILDREN AND YOUNG PERSONS" SHALL INCLUDE PERSONS UP TO, BUT EXCLUDING, THE AGE OF TWENTY-ONE YEARS. 2. THE UNDERTAKING OR ASSISTING IN THE UNDERTAKING OF MEDICAL RESEARCH INTO THE CAUSES AND TREATMENT OF NON-HODGKINS LYMPHOMA AND THE PUBLICATION OF THE USEFUL RESULTS OF SUCH RESEARCH. 3. THE PROVISION OF RECUPERATIVE HOLIDAYS FOR NON-HODGKINS LYMPHOMA PATIENTS AND AT THE ABSOLUTE DISCRETION OF THE ASSOCIATION "CHILDREN AND YOUNG PERSONS" SUFFERING FROM ANY OTHER FORM OF CANCEROUS DISEASE PROVIDED ALWAYS NO OTHER ORGANISATION, CHARITABLE OR OTHERWISE, ARE ABLE TO ASSIST IN THE COMPANY OF THEIR IMMEDIATE FAMILY. 4. TO RELIEVE DEPENDANTS OF SUCH PATIENTS OR DECEASED PATIENTS, WHO ARE SUFFERING FROM FINANCIAL HARDSHIP, BY MAKING PAYMENTS TO SUCH DEPENDANTS IN NEED.
