(A)TO PROMOTE THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION AMONGST YOUNG PEOPLE BY THE PROVISION OF OR ASSISTANCE IN THE PROVISION OF AND FACILITIES FOR SAIL TRAINING AND TRAINING IN SEAMANSHIP NAVIGATION AND BOAT-HANDLING SO AS TO DEVELOP THEIR PHYSICAL MENTAL AND SPIRITUAL CAPACITIES THAT THEY MAY GROW TO FULL MATURITY AS INDIVIDUALS AND ACTIVE MEMBERS OF SOCIETY. (B)TO SUPPORT ALL OR ANY CHARITABLE ORGANISATIONS ESTABLISHED FOR THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION AMONG YOUNG PEOPLE BY THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES FOR SAIL TRAINING AND TRAINING IN SEAMANSHIP, NAVIGATION AND BOAT HANDLING.
