1)TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC IN NOTTINGHAM AND ELSEWHERE AND IN PARTICULAR PEOPLE OF CARIBBEAN ORIGIN OR DESCENT ESPECIALLY BY THE ESTABLISHMENT OF AN EDUCATION,STUDY AND CULTURAL CENTRE AND THE PUBLICATION OF THE USEFUL RESULTS OF RESEARCH INTO EDUCATIONAL UNDER-ACHIEVEMENT. 2)TO PROMOTE EQUALITY OF OPPORTUNITY AND WORK TOWARDS ELIMINATING ALL FORMS OF DISCRIMINATION 3)TO PROVIDE FACILITIES FOR THE RECREATION AND OTHER LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION OF THE INHABITANTS OF NOTTINGHAM IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE AND SO THEIR CONDITION OF LIFE MIGHT BE IMPROVED
