(A) THE RELIEF IN NEED OF PERSONS SUFFERING FROM MULTIPLE SCLEROSIS AND THE PERSONS RESPONSIBLE FOR THEIR CARE AND IN PARTICULAR TO PROVIDE RELIEF IN CASES OF FINANCIAL HARDSHIP AND POVERTY THROUGH FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE TO THE SUFFERER AND THEIR CARER OR RELATIONS OR DEPENDANTS; (B) THE RELIEF OF SICKNESS IN PARTICULAR (I) CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLE WHO ARE PHYSICALLY OR MENTALLY DISABLED AND (II) PERSONS SUFFERING FROM MULTIPLE SCLEROSIS
