ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUPILS OF THE SCHOOL BY PROVIDING AND ASSISTING IN THE PROVISION OF THOSE FACILIIES, FOR EDUCATION AND RECREATION AT THE SCHOOL WHICH ARE NOT NORMALLY PROVIDED BY THE LOCAL EDUCATION AUTHORITY.
