(1)THE PROVISION OF TRAINING FACILITIES FOR MEDICALLY QUALIFIED PERSONNEL AND HEALTH WORKERS WITH A VIEW TO IMPROVING THE STANDARDS OF HEALTH CARE ABROAD AND IN PARTICULAR IN DEVELOPING OR DISADVANTAGED COUNTRIES WITH SPECIAL NEEDS.(2)THE PROVISION OF ASSISTANCE TO RELIEF AGENCIES AND CHARITIES OPERATING OVERSEAS FOR THE RELIEF OF THE SICK AND THE MAINTENANCE OF A REGISTER OF MEDICALLY QUALIFIED PERSONNEL AND HEALTH WORKERS WILLING TO WORK ABROAD.
