TO PROVIDE IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE A RECREATION AREA AND CENTRE FOR THE USE OF THE INHABITANTS OF THE VILLAGE OF LUXBOROUGH WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE OF THE SAID INHABITANTS INCLUDING BY WAY OF ILLUSTRATION BUT NOT OF LIMITATION THE PROVISION OF CAR PARKING FACILITIES THE USE OF THE TRUST PROPERTY AS A SITE FOR RE-BUILDING THEREAFTER AS A VILLAGE HALL FOR THE USE OF THE INHABITANTS OF THE VILLAGE OF LUXBOROUGH WITHOUT DISTINCTION OF POLITICAL, RELIGIOUS OR OTHER OPINIONS AND WHETHER OR NOT A VILLAGE HALL IS BUILT AS A PLACE FOR MEETINGS, LECTURES AND CLASSES AND FOR OTHER FORMS OF RECREATION AND LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION(INCLUDING THE HIRE OF THE TRUST PROPERTY FOR PRIVATE SOCIAL GATHERINGS).
