TO PROVIDE IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE FACILITIES FOR ACTIVITY HOLIDAYS AND COURSES RECREATION AND OTHER LEISURE TIME PURSUITS FOR PERSONS AND IN PARTICULAR YOUNG PEOPLE WHO BY REASON OF THEIR INFIRMITY OR DISABLEMENT POVERTY OR SOCIAL AND ECONOMIC CIRCUMSTANCES WOULD OTHERWISE BE DEPRIVED OF ENJOYING SUCH FACILITIES AND THEREBY TO EDUCATE THEM IN LIFE SKILLS AND TO IMPROVE THE CONDITION OF LIFE FOR SUCH PERSONS BY PROMOTING THEIR PHYSICAL MENTAL AND SPIRITUAL WELL-BEING.
