THE RELIEF OF PERSONS RESIDING IN THE PARISH OF SOULDERN WHO ARE IN NEED, HARDSHIP OR DISTRESS; THE PROVISION OF HOUSING ACCOMMODATION FOR PERSONS RESIDING IN THE PARISH; AND SUCH CHARITABLE PURPOSES FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE RESIDENTS AS THE TRUSTEES DECIDE.
