B) TO PROMOTE THE STUDY OF AND RESEARCH FOR PUBLIC DISSEMINATION INTO THE CAUSES AND PREVENTION OF DRUG ABUSE, VIOLENCE, CRIME, ILLITERACY, POVERTY AND UNEMPLOYMENT BY SUCH YOUNG PERSONS.
