Charitable objects
TO ADVANCE AND ENHANCE THE EDUCATION AND VOCATIONAL TRAINING OF THE PUBLIC GENERALLY BUT PRIMARILY FOR THE VOLUNTARY AND COMMUNITY SECTOR IN INFORMATION AND COMMUNICATIONS TECHNOLOGY FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE INHABITANTS OF MERSEYSIDE AND THE SURROUNDING DISTRICTS (THE AREA OF BENEFIT) WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITION OF LIFE AND EMPLOYMENT PROSPECTS FOR SUCH INHABITANTS AND IN PARTICULAR (1) TO PROVIDE ACCESS TO A BROAD RANGE OF INFORMATION AND COMMUNICATION TECHNOLOGY TRAINING AND EDUCATIONAL OPPORTUNITIES (2) TO PROVIDE A BROAD RANGE OF PRACTICAL SERVICES RELATING TO INFORMATION AND COMMUNICATIONS TECHNOLOGY (3) THE PROVISION OF A COMMUNITY INFORMATION, ADVICE AND RESOURCE FACILITY.
