(1)PROVISION OF SPORTING FACILITIES FOR THE YOUNG PEOPLE OF THE VILLAGE OF DITCHLING IN THE COUNTY OF EAST SUSSEX WHO HAVE NEED OF THEM BY REASON OF THEIR YOUTH,INFIRMITY,POVERTY OR SOCIAL AND ECONOMIC NEEDS AND SUCH OTHER CIRCUMSTANCES AS ARE DEFINED BY THE RECREATIONAL CHARITIES ACT 1958.(2)SUCH CHARITABLE OBJECTS WITHIN THE VILLAGE OF DITCHLING AS THE PARISH COUNCIL SHALL SUGGEST AND THE TRUSTEES SHALL IN THEIR ABSOLUTE DISCRETION DECIDE.
