First Step is a multi racial project providing community based informal and accredited learning/volunteering opportunities for women and young people. All our activities are underpinned by a person centred, holistic and democratic ethos and backed by equality of opportunity access and actions including an onsite creche, language and mentoring support, a safe environment and full disabled access.
