Charitable objects
(A)TO ORGANISE OR PROVIDE OR ASSIST IN THE ORGANISATION AND PROVISION OF FACILITIES WHICH WILL ENABLE AND ENCOURAGE PUPILS AT SCHOOLS AND UNIVERSITIES WITHIN THE UNITED KINGDOM WITH PREFERENCE BEING GIVEN TO THOSE IN THE GLOUCESTERSHIRE REGION TO PLAY CRICKET OR OTHER GAMES OR SPORTS AND THEREBY TO ASSSIT IN ENSURING THAT DUE ATTENTION IS GIVEN TO THE PHYSICAL EDUCATION AND DEVELOPMENT OF SUCH PUPILS AS WELL AS TO THE DEVELOPMENT AND OCCUPATION OF THEIR MINDS.(B)TO ORGANISE OR PROVIDE OR ASSSIT IN THE ORGANISATION OR PROVISION OF FACILITIES FOR PHYSICAL RECREATION WITHIN THE UNITED KINGDOM WITH PREFERENCE BEING GIVEN TO THOSE WITHIN THE GLOUCESTERSHIRE REGION IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE FOR BOYS AND GIRLS WHO ARE UNDER THE AGE OF TWENTY ONE YEARS AND WHO BY REASON OF THEIR YOUTH OR SOCIAL AND ECONOMIC CIRCUMSTANCES HAVE NEED OF SUCH FACILITIES AND IN PARTICULAR(BUT WITHOUT PREJUDICE TO THE GENERALITY OF THE FOREGOING OBJECT) TO ORGANISE OR PROVIDE OR ASSIST IN THE ORGANISATION OR PROVISION OF FACILITIES WHICH WILL ENABLE AND ENCOURAGE SUCH BOYS AS AFORESAID WHO ARE MEMBERS OF BOYS CLUBS AND YOUTH CLUBS WITHIN THE UNITED KINGDOM WITH PREFERENCE BEING GIVEN TO THOSE WITHIN THE GLOUCESTERSHIRE REGION TO PLAY CRICKET AND OTHER GAMES OR SPORTS.
