Charitable objects

(1) IN OR TOWARDS PROVIDING SUCH SPECIAL BENEFITS OF ANY KIND NOT NORMALLY PROVIDED BY THE LOCAL EDUCATION AUTHORITY FOR THE SCHOOL OF THE CHARITY AS MAY FROM TIME TO TIME BE AGREED BETWEEN THE TRUSTEES AND THE GOVERNORS OF THE SCHOOL AFTER CONSULTATION WITH THE LOCAL EDUCATION AUTHORITY (2) IN OTHERWISE PROMOTING THE EDUCATION OF CHILDREN AND YOUNG PERSONS UNDER THE AGE OF 25 WHO ARE ATTENDING OR WHO HAVE ATTENDED THE SCHOOL OF THE CHARITY OR WHO ARE OR WHO HAVE A PARENT OR PARENTS RESIDENT IN THE PARISH OF WISTOW
