THE TRUSTEES SHALL APPLY THE INCOME OF THE CHARITY IN PROMOTING THE EDUCATION (INCLUDING SOCIAL AND PHYSICAL TRAINING) OF PERSONS WHO ARE RESIDENT OR WHO HAVE A PARENT RESIDENT IN THE SAID ECCLESIASTICAL PARISH AND WHO ARE IN NEED OF FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE (FOR FURTHER DETAILS SEE CLAUSE 22(A) AND (B) OF THE SCHEME OF 20 MAY 1991 )
