TO RELIEVE PATIENTS AND FORMER PATIENTS OF THE NORTHAM HEALTH CENTRE BAY VIEW ROAD NORTHAM DEVON AND OTHER INVALIDS IN THE COMMUNITY WHO ARE SICK, CONVALESCENT, DISABLED, HANDICAPPED, INFIRM OR IN NEED OF FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE BY FREELY PROVIDING OR ASSISTING IN THE PROVISION OF AND MAINTAINING SUCH MEDICAL/SURGICAL INSTRUMENTS AND EQUIPMENT CONSIDERED NECESSARY FOR THE PURPOSES OF THE SURGERY AND NOT NORMALLY PROVIDED BY THE LOCAL HEALTH AUTHORITY.
