Charitable objects
1. FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE INHABITANTS OF HYDE AND ALSO DENTON, DUKINFIELD AND LONGDENDALE (HEREINAFTER CALLED 'THE PEOPLE') : (A) THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION AND VOCATIONAL TRAINING OF THE PEOPLE (B) THE RELIEF OF UNEMPLOYMENT FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PEOPLE IN SUCH WAYS AS MAY BE THOUGHT FIT INCLUDING ASSISTANCE IN FINDING EMPLOYMENT (C) THE RELIEF OF FINANCIAL HARDSHIP OF THE PEOPLE BY PROVIDING INFORMATION AND ADVICE ON WELFARE RIGHTS (D) THE PROMOTION OF RELIGIOUS HARMONY FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PEOPLE BY EDUCATING THE PUBLIC ABOUT THE DISTINCTIVE FEATURES OF ISLAM AND DEMONSTRATING COMMON GROUND WITH OTHER RELIGIONS IN ORDER TO PROMOTE GOOD RELATIONS BETWEEN THE PEOPLE AND PERSONS OF DIFFERENT FAITHS OR NO FAITH (E) TO PROMOTE FACILITIES FOR RECREATION OR OTHER LEISURE TIME ACTIVITIES FOR SUCH OF THE PEOPLE WHO ARE IN NEED OF THE SAME BY REASON OF THEIR YOUTH; AGE; INFIRMITY; DISABILITY; FINANCIAL HARDSHIP; OR SOCIAL OR ECONOMIC CIRCUMSTANCES, IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE AND WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITION OF LIFE OF THE PEOPLE (F) TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC IN BANGLADESHI HISTORY AND CULTURE IN ORDER TO PROMOTE GOOD RELATIONS BETWEEN THE PEOPLE AND OTHER MEMBERS OF THE PUBLIC ; (G) THE RELIEF OF FINANCIAL NEED AND SUFFERING AMONGST VICTIMS OF NATURAL OR OTHER KINDS OF DISASTERS IN THE FORM OF MONEY OR OTHER MEANS DEEMED SUITABLE AS WELL AS THE PROVISION OF MEDICAL AID NOT ONLY FOR BANGLADESHIS BUT ALSO PEOPLE OF OTHER NATIONS WHO HAVE SIMILARLY EXPERIENCED HARDSHIP BECAUSE OF DISASTERS
