Charitable objects

FOR THE GENERAL BENEFIT OF THE PUBLIC IN THE LOCAL GOVERNMENT DISTRICT OF THE NEW FOREST(AND IF THE ASSOCIATION AT ANY TIME SO DECIDES IN ANY ADJOINING DISTRICTS) IN SUCH MANNER AS MAY BE CHARITABLE AND IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT SO AS TO LIMIT THE GENERALITY OF THE FOREGOING THE PROVISION OF TRANSPORT SERVICES FOR PEOPLE WHO ARE UNABLE THROUGH DISABILITY, AGE OR PHYSICAL FRAILTY TO USE PUBLIC TRANSPORT;AND WHERE APPROPRIATE AND NECESSARY ESCORTS FOR SUCH PERSONS.
