TO RELIEVE THE STRESSES EXPERIENCED BY CARERS AND BENEFICIARIES. THE AREA OF BENEFIT SHALL BE GREATER LONDON AND THE COUNTY OF ESSEX AS AGREED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF CROSSROADS ASSOCIATION. 'BENEFICIARIES' MEANS ANY PERSON OR PEOPLE WHO HAVE CARE NEEDS AS A RESULT OF DISABILITY, ILLNESS OR AGE; 'CARERS' MEANS ANY PERSON OR PEOPLE INVOLVED IN THE PROVISION OF CARE FOR A PERSON OR PEOPLE WHO HAVE CARE NEEDS AS A RESULT OF DISABILITY, ILLNESS OR AGE.
