TO PROVIDE THE BENEFITS HEREINAFTER SET OUT:
(A) PEOPLE WHO ARE SUFFERING FROM OR HAVE SUFFERED FROM HEART DISEASE OF ANY NATURE AND :
(B) THE CARERS OF THOSE PEOPLE REFERRED TO AT (A) ABOVE.
