THE RESTORATION,MAINTENANCE,PRESERVATION,REPAIR AND RECONSTRUCTION OF CHURCHES AND CHURCHYARDS SITUATE FOR THE TIME BEING IN BEDFORDSHIRE AND HERTFORDSHIRE AND/OR SITUATE IN THAT PART OF THE LONDON BOROUGH OF BARNET WHICH LIES WITHIN THE DIOCESE OF ST ALBANS AND OF OF ANY FIXTURES OR CHATTELS IN ANY SUCH CHURCHES OR CHURCHYARDS.
