(B) TO ADVANCE EDUCATION INCLUDING SOCIAL AND PHYSICAL TRAINING WITHIN THE CITY OF BIRMINGHAM TO PERSONS OF BANGLADESHI ORIGIN. (C) TO PROVIDE RECREATIONAL FACILITIES IN THE INTEREST OF SOCIAL WELFARE FOR MEMBERS OF BANGLADESHI ORIGIN
