TO PROMOTE THE EDUCATION OF LEARNERS ATTENDING ADULT EDUCATION COLLEGE BEXLEY AND IN PARTICULAR TO ASSIST LEARNERS WHO ARE IN FINANCIAL DIFFICULTIES THROUGH UNEMPLOYMENT, DISABILITY (PHYSICAL OR MENTAL) HOME CIRCUMSTANCES OR CULTURAL BACKGROUND TO PURSUE STUDIES WHICH WILL CONTRIBUTE TO THEIR PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT OR ELIGIBILITY FOR WORK AND PROMOTION.
