TO ORGANISE AND/OR PROVIDE FACILITIES WHICH WILL ENABLE AND ENCOURAGE PUPILS AT SCHOOLS AND OTHER EDUCATIONAL ESTABLISHMENTS IN THE UNITED KINGDOM TO PARTICIPATE IN SPORTS ACTIVITIES AND IN PARTICULAR THE SPORT OF CRICKET, AND THEREBY TO PROMOTE THE PHYSICAL EDUCATION AND DEVELOPMENT OF SUCH PUPILS IN ADDITION TO THE DEVELOPMENT OF THEIR MINDS. FOR THIS PURPOSE PUPILS AT SCHOOLS AND OTHER EDUCATIONAL ESTABLISHMENTS IN THE UNITED KINGDOM SHALL BE DEEMED TO INCLUDE CHILDREN IN THE UNITED KINGDOM UP TO AND INCLUDING THE AGE OF 18 YEARS WHO HAVE CEASED FULL TIME EDUCATION.
