TO RELIEVE PEOPLE IN TOWER HAMLETS AND NEIGHBOURHOOD WHO ARE IN NECESSITOUS CIRCUMSTANCES IN PARTICULAR BY (1)PROVIDING SUCH PERSONS WITH ASSISTANCE, ADVICE AND INFORMATION ABOUT HOUSING; (11)PROVIDING SUCH PERSONS WITH LEGAL ADVICE, ASSISTANCE AND SERVICES WHICH THEY WOULD NOT OTHERWISE OBTAIN THROUGH LACK OF MEANS; (111)PROMOTING GOOD RACE RELATIONS BY ENDEAVOURING TO ELIMINATE DISCRIMINATION ON GROUNDS OF RACE AND ENCOURAGING EQUALITY OF OPPORTUNITY BETWEN PERSONS OF DIFFERENT RACIAL GROUPS.
