THE PROVISION OF SERVICES AND FACILITIES CALCULATED TO REHABILITATE AND RELIEVE FROM THEIR DISABILITIES PERSONS RESIDENT IN THE CITY OF BRISTOL(OR SUCH NEIGHBOURING OR IN SPECIAL CASES OTHER AREAS THE COMPANY SHALL IN ITS ABSOLUTE DISCRETION FROM TIME TO TIME DECIDE) WHO HAVE SUFFERED HEAD INJURIES AND/OR RELATED BRAIN DAMAGE OR SIMILAR TRAUMA AND TO COUNSEL AND OTHERWISE ASSIST THE RELATIVES DEPENDANTS AND FRIENDS.
