Charitable objects
(A)TO PROVIDE RELIEF, REHABILITATION AND DEVELOPMENT, AID AND ASSISTANCE TO THE VICTIMS OF FAMINE AND ARMED CONFLICTS IN THE STATE OF JAMMU AND KASHMIR INCLUDING REFUGEES THEREFROM. (B)TO PROMOTE FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT TREATMENT AND RELIEF OF RESIDENTS OR FORMER RESIDENTS OF THE STATE OF JAMMU AND KASHMIR WHO HAVE UNDERGONE PHYSICAL OR PSYCHOLOGICAL TORTURE OR ILL TREATMENT. (B)TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION AND TRAINING OF SUCH REFUGEES AND THEIR DEPENDANTS IN NEED THEREOF SO AS TO ADVANCE THEM IN LIFE, AND ASSIST IN THEIR REHABILITATION WITHIN A NEW COMMUNITY.
