TO RELIEVE PERSONS WITH PHYSICAL DISABILITIES IN THE ISLE OF SHEPPEY AND SITTINGBOURNE KENT IN PARTICULAR BY THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES FOR THE TREATMENT EDUCATION TRAINING AND RECREATION OF SUCH PERSONS.
