(B)TO PROMOTE USEFUL RESEARCH INTO ANY MATTERS RELATING TO THE TRAINING FOR EMPLOYMENT IN THE BUILDING ENGINEERING SERVICES AND OTHER RELATED INDUSTRIES AND TO PUBLISH AND DISSEMINATE ANY USEFUL RESULTS OF SUCH RESEARCH FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT.
