Charitable objects

(I)TO PROMOTE THE WELFARE OF DEAF AND HEARING IMPAIRED PERSONS LIVING WITHIN THE BOROUGH AND ADMINISTRATIVE COUNTY OF BEDFORDSHIRE IN ANY MANNER WHICH NOW IS OR HEREAFTER MAY BE DEEMED BY LAW TO BE CHARITABLE. (II)TO ORGANISE SOCIAL AND CULTURAL ACTIVITIES FOR THE BENEFIT OF DEAF AND HEARING IMPAIRED PERSONS LIVING WITHIN THE AFORESAID BOROUGH AND ADMINISTRATIVE COUNTY OF BEDFORDSHIRE. (III)TO RAISE FUNDS FOR THE AFORESAID PURPOSES. (IV)TO CO-OPERATE WITH SUCH OTHER BODIES WITH LIKE INTERESTS AS THE ASSOCIATION SHALL DEEM APPROPRIATE.
