(1)TO PROVIDE FOR THE RELIEF OF POVERTY AND SICKNESS OF PATIENTS OR DEPENDANTS OF PATIENTS WHO ARE WAITING TO RECEIVE OR HAVE RECEIVED AN ORGAN AND TRANSPLANT OR THOSE WHOSE ORGAN TRANDPLANT HAS FAILED (2)TO PROVIDE FUNDS FOR RESEARCH INTO ALL ASPECTS OF ORGAN TRANSPLANTATION AND PUBLISH THE USEFUL RESULTS THEREOF.
