THE PROMOTION OF ANY CHARITABLE PURPOSE FOR MEMBERS OF THE VIETNAMESE REFUGEE COMMUNITY WHO LIVE OR WORK IN THE LONDON BOROUGH OF LAMBETH INCLUDING THE RELIEF OF POVERTY HARDSHIP AND DISTRESS THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION AND THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES FOR RECREATION AND LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION IN THE INTEREST OF SOCIAL WELFARE AND WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE OF THE SAID COMMUNITY
