TO PROMOTE THE PHYSICAL EDUCATION AND DEVELOPMENT OF SCHOOL PUPILS (AS AN ADDITION TO SUCH PART OF THEIR EDUCATION AS RELATES TO THEIR MENTAL EDUCATION) BY PROVIDING ORGANISATION AND OTHER FACILITIES AND ASSISTANCE WHICH WILL ENABLE AND ENCOURAGE SCHOOL PUPILS TO PLAY THE GAME OF ASSOCIATION FOOTBALL.
