TO PROMOTE THE PHYSICAL AND MENTAL WELFARE OF THOSE DISADVANTAGED BY AGE OR OTHER HANDICAP WHO ARE IN NEED LIVING IN OR RESORTING TO THE COUNTY OF SOMERSET AND IN PARTICULAR TO PROVIDE AND MANAGE HOMES FOR THEM TO LIVE IN AND TO PROMOTE OR SUPPORT SCHEMES WHEREBY SUCH PERSONS MAY RECEIVE SUPPORT AND FACILITIES WITHIN THE COMMUNITY.
