(B)THE PRESERVATION AND ENHANCEMENT FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PUBLIC OF THE BEAUTY OF THE COUNTRYSIDE. (C)THE ADVANCEMENT OF THE EDUCATION OF THE GENERAL PUBLIC IN MATTERS RELATING TO THE FOREGOING OBJECTS.
