RELIEF OF THE DISABLEMENT NEED, HARDSHIP AND DISTRESS OF MENTALLY HANDICAPPED PERSONS BY ALL OR ANY OF THE FOLLOWING WAYS: (A) BY PROVIDING OR ASSISTING IN THE PROVISION OF ACCOMMODATION FOR SUCH PERSONS WHO HAVE NEED OF THE ACCOMMODATION PROVIDED AND WHERE APPROPRIATE TO THEIR MEANS (B) BY ANY OTHER SUCH MEANS AS ARE CALCULATED TO ALLEVIATE THE SUFFERING OF SUCH PERSONS (C) BY FURTHERING ANY OTHER CHARITABLE PURPOSE OR PURPOSES WHICH MAY CONVENIENTLY BE PURSUED IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE PURSUIT OF THE AFOREMENTIONED OBJECT AND HAVE THE EFFECT OF PROMOTING THE AFOREMENTIONED OBJECTS
