Charitable objects
The objects for which the Company is established shall be:
To promote the preservation and the safeguarding of mental health and to assist in relieving and rehabilitating persons suffering from mental disorder, or conditions of emotional or mental distress, requiring advice or treatment, primarily through the provision of services.
The relief of people who are in need by any reason of any physical illness or disability, including but without limitation to learning disabilities and dementia.
The relief of their families and carers.
The area of Benefit shall be primarily that of England and Wales.
