This is done by invitation from the schools, through assemblies/lessons - R.E. & PHSE/lunchtime and after school clubs/self-esteem sessions/mentoring and special projects: Creative Prayer, Barn Nativity, Godly Play, Prayer Spaces, Life Path etc.
