Charitable objects

(1)FOR SUCH CHARITABLE PURPOSES AS THE TRUSTEES IN THEIR ABSOLUTE DISCRETION SHALL DETERMINE. (11)IN PARTICULAR BUT WITHOUT PREJUDICE TO THE GENERALITY OF THE FOREGOING THE TRUSTEES SHALL PAY OR APPLY SUCH MONIES AS AFORESAID IN PROVIDING AND FINANCING A RANGE OF ACTIVITIES FOR THE BENEFIT OF PHYSICALLY AND MENTALLY HANDICAPPED PEOPLE AND TO PROMOTE THEIR WELFARE THROUGHOUT THE UNITED KINGDOM BUT SO THAT SUCH PAYMENT AND APPLICATION IS LIMITED TO PURPOSES WHICH ARE EXCLUSIVELY CHARITABLE.
