Charitable objects
TO PAY OR APPLY SO MUCH OF THE INCOME AND CAPITAL OF THE TRUST FUND AS THE TRUSTEES MAY FROM TIME TO TIME DETERMINE TO SUCH CHARITIES OR FOR SUCH CHARITABLE PURPOSES AND IN SUCH PROPORTIONS AND IN SUCH MANNER AND SUBJECT TO SUCH TERMS AND CONDITIONS AS THE TRUSTEES MAY FROM TIME TO TIME DETERMINE AT THEIR ABSOLUTE DISCRETION PROVIDED ALWAYS THE TRUSTEES SHALL HAVE POWER TO ACCUMULATE ALL OR ANY PART OF THE INCOME OF THE TRUST FUND FOR A PERIOD OF 21 YEARS FROM THE DATE OF THE DEED OR SUCH OTHER PERIOD AS THE LAW ALLOWS.
