THE RELIEF OF POVERTY AND MENTAL OR PHYSICAL SICKNESS OR DISABILITY AMONGST THE PEOPLE OF ROMANIA AND IN PARTICULAR BUT WITHOUT PREJUDICE TO THE GENERALITY OF THE FOREGOING AMONGST THE CHILDREN OF ROMANIA BY ALL CHARITABLE MEANS INCLUDING THE PROVISION OF MEDICAL ASSISTANCE AND EDUCATION. THE GENERAL PURPOSES OF SUCH CHARITABLE BODIES OR FOR SUCH PURPOSES AS SHALL BE EXCLUSIVELY CHARITABLE.
