TO ADVANCE EDUCATION BY THE PROVISION OF AWARDS FOR POST GRADUATE STUDENTS AND EXCHANGE BETWEEN THE COLLEGE OF WILLIAM AND MARY , WILLIAMSBURG, USA AND SUCH UNITED KINGDOM UNIVERSITY OR OTHER SEAT OF HIGHER OR FURTHER LEARNING AS THE TRUSTEES MAY FROM TIME TO TIME DETERMINE, MATCHING PAYMENTS BEING MADE UNDER THE VIRGINIA GRADUATE ASSISTANCE PROGRAMME. FAILING WHICH TO ADVANCE EDUCATION BY EXCHANGES WITH OTHER, SIMILAR OVERSEAS EDUCATIONAL INSTITITUTIONS, THE TRUSTEES USING REASONABLE ENDEAVOURS TO PROCURE MATCHING PAYMENTS.
